Intertesting present-day connection:
The Morgan House is my great great grandfather’s home. I presently reside in Lockport, NY. My father, Alfred J Morgan Sr, grew up in Harrison Twp in Mullica Hill. He is one of the original 4 officers that were sworn in by Chief Windgate. My father is retired in Delaware, but my brother Alfred “Jay” Morgan Jr resides in Sewell. He just retired as fire/arson investigator for Gloucester Cnty and is retired fire chief of Hurffville Fire Dept in Washington Twp. My nephew Austin Morgan is presently a full time fireman with Glassboro FD. I am just letting you know that there are Morgan’s still in that area that are related to the original home owners of the Old Stone House. Aric Morgan 4/20/2021
